CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that emergencies may occur, we do ask clients to provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee of 20 % of the service will be charged. This fee helps cover costs incurred by the missed appointment. Thank you for understanding our policy.
